This may mean that you or someone you know has been positively touched by the day to day work of an inspiring educator: maybe a school teacher, principal, teacher's aide, groundskeeper, counselor, receptionist, or administrator; we're all working towards creating a hopeful future.
I was a teacher, tutor and caregiver for many years and I want to give a shout out to all of the amazing people who deserve respect and recognition. Giving the gift of wellness to someone in your community will brighten your day too!
By the way, kula means 'school' in Hawaiian and soma means 'body' in Greek. The vision is one of seeing robust and nurtured 'school bodies' beginning in Hawai'i and then globally.
